Emily Biondi
Emily at the 2007 World Transplant Games in Bangkok, Thailand!
Emily won a Gold medal in the women's 200 M run. She also won a silver in the women's long jump.

Emily Biondi recieved a kidney transplant December 19th 2003. At the age of 19 she had complete kidney failure for reasons unknown. Emily underwent 9 months of hemodialysis. Her father came to her rescue by donating one of his kidneys to her. She currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland and is very healthy and active. She continues to be a huge supporter of organ donation.
